Julie Blamphin empowers women to laugh without leaking and have sex without pain through her pelvic floor yoga programs. At twelve years old, Julie began teaching yoga poses in her mother’s school of gymnastics. This experience kickstarted her teaching career, but gymnastics instilled tension in Julie’s body that led to years of pain in her core, back, and pelvis—until she decided to do something about it with her Celebrate the Pelvic Floor yoga programs. Currently a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher, a writer for AARP The Ethel, International Retreat Host, and the CoFounder of Celebrate the Pelvic Floor, Julie values vulnerability, connection, authenticity, and feeling sexy at every stage of life. She is a sports buff, can whistle like a champ, loves to laugh, dance, garden, and travel; and currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
